Viewing Collections

You can view the existing collections using this tab in ENOVIA Open to Insert dialog box.

Before you begin: Collections must exist in the database.

Searching Designs

  1. Click ENOVIA > Open or Insert option from the toolbar.

    The Open or Insert dialog box opens.

  2. Click the tab.

    The existing collections are listed in the left frame.

  3. Click the name of a collection to view the designs in the collection.

  4. Select one or more designs and right-click to view the options such as Open or Insert, Lock, Unlock, Open Version, Baselines, Explore in ENOVIA, and Properties.
