Simulation Job Lifecycle

SIMULIA SLM controls the state of a simulation job. For example, when you run a job, SIMULIA SLM sets its lifecycle state to Running. You do not need to promote or demote simulation jobs.

For more details about working with simulations, see the SIMULIA SLM User's Guide. The Simulation Job lifecycle includes these states:

Created

When you run a simulation or a simulation activity, the system creates a simulation job and executes it. Simulation jobs refer to simulation connectors and to the host and application defined in the connector.

Running

The simulation job is running.

Complete

The simulation job has completed.
