Click on the table page toolbar.
If you chose CSV or Text as your preferred export format, a dialog appears
asking if you want to open or save the report.
If you chose HTML as your export format, the table data opens in a
new browser window as an Excel file.
If any of the fields on the page include an mxLink (hyperlink to an
ENOVIA object), that field is converted to straight text and cannot be
clicked.
When exporting a structure compare report, you can only export to
HTML format. These reports require color-coding and the other formats
do not support colors.

file opens in Excel if you have Excel installed. Work with the file and
save it as needed. To save the file, click Save. The default extension

click Open. Work with the file and save it as needed. To
save the file, click Save and save the file. The default extension is
*.txt. |
If exporting Japanese text to a CSV file, follow these steps: Excel does not recognize UTF-8 codes, the code used by ENOVIA. - In step 1, when prompted to Open or Save the file, choose Save.
- Using Notepad, open the file. The Japanese characters display correctly.
- From Notepad, select .
- From the Encoding list, select Unicode.
- Click Save.
You can now open the exported CSV file in Excel.
