Printing a Page

ENOVIA products provide a printer-friendly option to support printing any page that includes Printer tool in the toolbar. Most pages are designed to display with a minimum number of colors for printing on black-and-white printers. Colors other than black and white are printed in shades of gray which may vary depending on the actual printer.

Before you begin:
  • Search for the object you want to work with, see Searching. or
  • Select a menu command from the menu. or
  • Use any method to view a page.

  1. Click in the page toolbar. (If the page toolbar does not contain a Print tool, the page does not have a printable view.)

    If any of the fields include an mxLink value (a hyperlink to an ENOVIA object), that field shows as straight text and cannot be clicked.

  2. Use the browser's Print button to print the page.
