Choosing to Show or Hide Images

Many tables and forms display images in a field or column. You can choose whether or not to display these images and you can have different settings for tables and forms. If you select no for a preference, the image field or column does not display in the table or form. If you change an image preference, you need to close and reopen any open pages for the change to take effect.

From the global toolbar, select > My Tools > Preferences. The Preferences dialog box opens.
From the General category, click Images in Tables/Forms.
Select Yes or No to show images in tables.
Select Yes or No to show images in forms.
Click Apply or Done to save your selection. Clicking Apply leaves the Preferences popup open so you can set other preferences. Clicking Done closes it.
