Settings for Improving Image Resolution

This section describes about the settings for improving image resolituion.

Before you begin: Increase resolution by remove 72dpi limitation.
  • In Crystal Reports the File > Report Options > Retain Original Image color depth must be enabled.


    • In Crystal Reports the File > Report Options > Retain Original Image color depth must be enabled.
    • On the server, add the following registry path and keys. The export folder might not exist in the registry.

    DWORD Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Business Objects\Suite 11.5\Crystal Reports\Export\BitMapMagnifDenominator = 1

    DWORD Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Business Objects\Suite 11.5\Crystal Reports\Export\BitMapMagnifNumerator = 4
