Material Color Approval Exception Report

MCA Exception Report in ENOVIA Apparel Accelerator identifies all used material/color combinations which do not have material color approvals created or material color approvals are in rejected or archived state.

Following are the basic requirements for the report to be generated:


  • The products should be in second state.
  • Raw Material should be connected to seasonal plan.
  • This report lists MCAs in archived state, rejected state and the combinations for which MCA are not defined.

User can mark certain exceptions as 'Not Required' to remove material color approval from appearing on future reports.

Create Material Color Approval requests for the selected material/color combinations directly from the exception report.
Filters Description
Type Click to open the Select Type page. Click + to expand the types and specify the particular type of object you want to create.
Material Type Select a material type from the drop-down list to filter the report based on the selected types.
Columns Description
Color/Print/Wash Marketing name of the color/print/wash.
Component Image Component's Primary Image/thumbnail.
Component Name of the component.
Material Usage Material Usage of the component.
Quantity Quantity of the component.
Product Image The primary image of the product.
Product Name of the product.
Product Team Product team where the raw material is connected.
