Requested Line Details

The requested line details tab shows the information about the requested lines for sample material request and provides access to related data.

This section includes the following:
Attributes Description
Color Number Number of Color/Print.
Color Swatch Color Swatch is generated dynamically using the RGB attribute values.
Type Type of the color, print or wash.
Status Status of the color/print/wash.
Color Group Group the color belongs to.
Color Standard Provider Color standard provider of the color.
Color Standard Provider Ref# Reference number of the color standard provider.
Article # Unique number of the color standard provider.
Qty Quantity of the material color approval request.
Testing Required? Whether testing is required for the color.
Due Date Due date for requesting the material.
Reason Reason as color, development, fit for the requested material.
Line Status Whether the status as open or close.

Actions

You can use the tab toolbar to perform the following tasks.

Actions Description
Remove Selected To remove the selected color from sample material requests.
Add Existing To add an existing color to the sample material requests.
Add Existing From Fabric/Trim To add an existing color from the fabric or trim.
Add Existing from Seasonal Library To add an existing color from seasonal library.
Enable Edit To edit the requested line details.
