Creating a Care Instruction

This section describes how to create a care instruction.

  1. From the global toolbar, click > Standards > Create Care Instruction.



  2. A form Create Care Instruction opens where you can provide information in the following fields. Fields in red italics are required.

    Field Name How to Enter
    Type Select the type of care instruction, from the drop-down list.
    Description Specify a description for the care instruction.
    Standard Organization Select the standard organization that defines the care instruction from the drop-down list. The default selection in the drop down matches the default attribute value for Standards Organization.
    Sort Specify the sort order number of the care instruction. This places the most common care instructions at the top of the drop-down list for raw materials and products.

    Note: Only users with FAO Administrator role can access a Care Instruction.

  3. Click Done.
