Creating a Material Color Approval

This section describes how to create a material color approval.

Before you begin: Ensure that you are in the listing page of material color approvals. See Material Color Approvals List Window.

  1. From the page Actions menu, click Create MCA.

    A Create MCA form opens where you can specify the following information.

    Field Name How to Enter
    Type Select the Type for a MCA from drop-down list you are creating.
    Description Specify the description for a MCA you are creating.
    Policy The default policy as material color approval.
    Requested Date Click to select the request date for a MCA.
    Fabrics and Trims Click to open the search page and select fabrics and trims as a approved material to the particular color for which MCA you are creating.

  2. Click Done.
