Editing Material Color Approval Details

This section describes how to edit the details of material color approval.

Before you begin:

Ensure that you are in the properties page of the Material Color Approval. See Material Color Approval Details.

  1. From the Properties page for the material color approval, click Edit.



  2. Specify the following:

    Field Name How to Edit
    Type of Request Select Material Color Approval request type from the drop-down list.
    Previous Comments Previous comments for the material color approval.
    Description Description for the material color approval.
    Comments Comments about the material color approval.
    Brand Click to open the Find Company page. Specify search criteria and click Find to search for and select the company you want to assign as the brand for the material color approval.
    Material PO/A Select the Material Production Office/Agent for the material color approval from the drop-down list.
    Supplier Click to search for and select a supplier for the material color approval.
    Type of Production Select the type of production for the material color approval from the drop-down list.
    Quantity Quantity of the material color approval.
    Requested Date Click to select a date by which the material color approval must be delivered.
    Approximate Cost of Dyeing Cost of dyeing the fabric.
    Formulas Formulas for the material color approvals for any tests.
    Courier Courier for delivering the material color approval.
    Airway Bill Airway bill for delivering the material color approval.
    Location Location of the material color approval.

  3. Click Done.
