Copying and Changing Size Scale of a Measurement Chart

This section describes how to create a new measurement chart by copying its POM from an existing measurement chart and changing its size scale.

  1. In the Properties page toolbar for the product, click Categories > Measurement Chart.

    The PowerView page of the measurement chart opens. If the only one measurement chart is connected to the context product, then it is open as default.

  2. In case of the multiple measurement charts, select the measurement chart from Select Chart drop-down list of the Actions menu of PowerView page.

  3. From the PowerView page toolbar. click Actions > Copy Selected & Change Size Scale.



    You can enter the following details.

    Field Name How to Enter
    Name Name of the measurement chart.
    Description Specify a description of the measurement chart you are creating.
    Comments Specify a comment of the measurement chart you are creating.
    Size Category Select a size category from the drop-down list to create measurement chart.
    Size Scale Select a size scale from the drop-down list to specify the range of sizes you can create the measurement chart for the product.
    Select Sizes Select the size check boxes to create measurement to selected size range. The measurement chart will be default created of the base size.
    Grading Select a grading from the drop-down list to specify Incremental or Relative grade calculation.
    Grade Rule Specify a grade rule from the drop-down list to select a grade rule for the product. The grade rule values are displayed based on the size scale you specified.

    Note: Blocks are not required because the base measurement sizes are copied from the source measurement chart.

    Note: Size Dimension Range and Base Size Dimension is copied from source measurement chart.

  4. Click Done.
