Viewing Line Catalog

This section describes how to view the line catalog. The Line Catalog page shows the primary image of all connected products based on product type value. You can edit the product using the image and compare products of 2 different seasonal plans. You can generate a graph depicting the style count against selected attribute.


Before you begin:
  • Ensure that you are in the Seasonal Plan powerview page.
  • From the page toolbar, click Categories > Line Catalog.



    The columns contain the following information:

    Select Attributes - Click Select Attributes to open the Set Attribute Preferences page.

    Select the attribute information to be displayed for each product. Click Done. The selected attributes are displayed for each product.

    Catalog Category - Select a product attribute from the drop-down list to specify a product attribute that the user can sort by, reorganize the screen contents and group the items based upon the selected category.

    View Style Count By - Select a product attribute from the drop-down to graph the style count by that attribute. Click Add Chart to view the graph. The charts generated, are inserted at the top of the page. Select Retail Price to generate a graph showing the style count for each unique retail price.

    This drop-down contains all attributes as defined by the product types in the context line. For example, user cannot select a footwear specific attribute if the current line only contains Apparel types.

    A maximum of three charts are displayed per line.

    Click the 'X' besides the chart to close a chart.

    Compare To - Select a seasonal plan from the drop-down list to select a seasonal plan to compare within the charts. The available seasonal plans presented to the user in the popup is limited to plans connected to the same division. If the context seasonal plan is not associated to a division, the list shows all plans associated to the context user's brand and not connected to a division. Once selected, this value is retained even after exiting the page.You can select one or more plans to compare to.
