Creating a Seasonal Library

This section describes how to create a seasonal library.


Before you begin:

Only Season Administrators can create a library.

  1. From the global toolbar, click > Seasonal Libraries.

    The Seasonal Libraries page opens.

  2. From the page Actions menu, click Create New.

    The Create Seasonal Library form opens where you can provide the following details.

    Field Name How to Enter
    Name Specify the name for the library.
    Description Specify the description for the library.
    Season Select a season from the drop-down list to specify the season in which the library will be used.
    Brand Select a brand from the drop-down list to create a brand specific to the selected seasonal library.
    Division Enter wildcard characters (**) to select the available division or click to search for and select the division for which the library will be used.

  3. Click Done.
