Viewing Bulk Material Commit Revision

This section describes how to view the bulk material commit revision.


Before you begin:

When a BMC is promoted to Issued status, the system will generate a revision version and all the current issued values from the current record are copied into the revision. Any Discussion threads and Reference Documents attached to the current BMC is not be copied into the Revision record. The BMC Revision record is read-only.

  1. From the global toolbar, click > Bulk Material Management, the Bulk Material Management Overview page opens.

  2. Click the Name of the BMC to open the BMC Properties page.

  3. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Revision to open the Revision page.



  4. The following parameters are listed on the page:

    Revision - Indicates the revision number of the BMC record.

    Issued Date - Indicates the date when the BMC record was issued.

    Non-Assmt Demand Qty - Indicates the total non-assortment demand quantity of the revision.

    Note: Non-Assortment Demand Qty in current revision= Non-Assortment of all Demand Line Details in the revision.

    Assortment Demand Qty - Indicates the total assortment demand quantity of the revision.

    Note: Assortment Demand in current revision = Assortment Demand of all Demand Line Details in the revision.

    Total Greige Committed Qty - Indicates the total greige committed quantity of the revision.

    Note: Total Issued Greige Committed Qty = Greige Committed Qty of all Demand Line Details in the revision.

    Total Color Committed Qty - Indicates the total color/finish committed quantity of the revision.

    Note: Total Issued Color/Finish Committed Qty = Color/Finish Committed Qty of all Demand Line Details in the revision.

    Total Committed Cost - Indicates the total committed cost of the revision.

    Note: Total Committed Cost = Total Invoice Cost which Adjusted Invoice Cost in Demand Line Details > 0 + Total FOB Cost which Adjusted Invoice Cost in Demand Line Details = 0 or Blank

  5. Click at the end of row, the BMC revision record opens and all the parameters in this page is read-only.
