Listing Early Time and Actions from Time and Action Workspace

From the global toolbar, click > Early Time and Action. The Early Time and Action page opens listing the available Early Time and Action records in the status specified on the page toolbar.

Select the State from the drop-down list in the page toolbar and then click Filter. All the Early Time and Action in the selected status are listed in this page.

From the top right corner of the page, select Show Calculated Date and Plan Date from the drop-down list.

Calculated Date - Show the calculated date of the events.

Plan Date - Show the plan date of the events.

The page displays the following details:

Name - Indicates the Name of the Early Time and Action, Product and Dependency Material.

BOM Variants - Indicates the Name of the product variant.

Note: If the Early Time and Action is created specific to varaint, then only the name of BOM variant is available.

Season/Material Program - Indicates the season or material program of the related product.

Alternative Source - Indicates that one or more materials are using the alternative source of the material in the current Early Time and Action.

Ship Mode - Indicates that how the product is shipped.

Country of Origin - Indicates the country of origin of the finished goods.

Country of Import - Indicates the country into which the finished goods are imported.

Comments - Indicates the comments regarding the Early Time and Action, Calculated Date and Plan Date.

Status - Indicates the status of the Early Time and Action.

Note: The events of the selected template will also be shown in the page, some of the events will be named depends on user's definition, some are the system required events, such as FG Order Confirmation, Greige Commit Due, Color/Finish Commit Due, Material AC Date, Material Arrival Date, FGPA Due, FG AC Date and Delivery Date 1.
