Cancelling and Un-cancelling Order Lines

This sction describes how to cancel and uncancel order lines.

Before you begin:

A Sample Order cannot be deleted if its status has been promoted from Preliminary.

  1. From the global toolbar, click > Product > Sample Orders. The Sample Orders page opens.

  2. Select a status from the drop-down list in the top right corner of this page to list the sample orders in their respective status.

  3. Click Name of a sample order or click at the end of the row. The Properties page of the sample order opens.

  4. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Order Details. The Order Details page opens with Order Details tab.

  5. From the Order Details tab, select an order line and click Actions > Cancel Line. The selected order line is cancelled.

  6. In the Order Details tab, select an order line and click Actions > Un-Cancel. The selected order line is un-cancelled.
