Editing Order Line Details

This section describes how to edit the details of order lines.

  1. From the global toolbar, click > Library > Sample Material Orders . The Sample Material Orders page opens listing all the available sample material orders.

  2. Click Name of a SMO or click at the end of the row. The Properties page for SMO opens.

  3. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Order Lines. The Order Lines page opens consisting of two tabs, namely Order Lines and Purchase Cost.

  4. In the Order Lines tab, select an order line and click Actions from the tab toolbar and the following options are available


    • Select Color from Existing
    • Select Color from Trim
    • Select Color from Seasonal Library

    Note: If the Trim Size/Finish is not "DTM", you cannot select Color for the selected order line(s).

  5. Click an option and the corresponding Find page opens.

  6. Specify the search criteria in this page and click Find. The Select page opens listing the available colors from existing colors, the trim or the seasonal library.

  7. Select your desired color from this page and click Submit. The selected color record(s) will be applied to selected order line.

  8. Select an Order line and click Edit from the toolbar. The Edit Order Line page opens.



  9. Edit details individually for each order line and specify the new values in the columns.

    Or

    To edit multiple or all of the listed order lines with a common value for a selected column:

    1. Select the order lines you want to edit using the selection check box.
    2. Select the column you want to edit using the Column drop-down list and specify the value for the specified column in the Value field in the toolbar.
    3. Click Apply to Selected to apply the specified value only to selected items. The table displays the new values in the appropriate columns.

      Or

      Click Apply to All to apply the specified value to all listed records.

  10. You can edit the following parameters:

    Order Qty - Type the quantity of the ordered sample material.

    Reason - Select the reason why the sample material is ordered from the drop-down list.

    Testing Required - Select Yes or No from the drop-down list to indicate whether the testing on the ordered sample material is required.

    Order Due Date - Click to select the drop date of the ordered sample material from the drop-down calendar.

    Note: Testing Required is enabled only when it has not been checked in SMR. Also, you cannot update Reason when the order line is associated to any request line in SMR.

  11. Click Done.
