Adding a CMT Cost Item

This section describes how to add a CMT cost item.

Before you begin:

Ensure that you are in the SUC properties page. See Viewing Cost Items.

  1. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Material/CMT Cost. The Power View page opens, Click the CMT tab.

  2. From the CMT Cost tab toolbar, click Add CMT Cost Item. The Add CMT Cost page opens.

  3. Provide the following information in the fields. Fields in red italics are mandatory.

    Product - Select a product from the drop-down list. This parameter is only visible for the Set or Pack Product SUC.

    Type - Select the CMT type from the drop-down list.

    Description - Enter the relevant information of the CMT cost.

    Cost - Enter the CMT cost.

    Qty - Enter the quantity of the CMT cost.

    Remarks - Enter the remarks for the CMT cost.

  4. Click Done.

    Note: You can also add the material items from the product BOM by clicking Add CMT Item from BOM, select the material items and click Submit.
