Adding Time and Action Template Events

This section describes how to add time and action event.

  1. From the global toolbar, click > Administration > Time and Action Template. The Time and Action Template page opens.

  2. Click Name of the template or click at the end of the row, the Time and Action Template Properties page opens.

  3. From the T&A Events tab toolbar, click Add Event, the Step1: Select Events page opens.

  4. Select the event and click Next. The Step2: Define Calculated Date Calculation Method page opens.

    Specify the following parameters:

    Dependency - Select the dependency date of the current event from the drop-down list.

    # of Days - Enter a number to indicate the duration between current event and previous event.

    Process Days - Select the process days to indicate the name of the process days.

    Look-up Working Day - Select Yes or No from the drop-down list to indicate whether the duration need to look up working day.

  5. Click Done.
