Editing the details of a Product Master

You can edit the Product Master details.

Before you begin: View the Properties of a Product Master. For more information, see Properties of a Product Master.

  1. In the page toolbar, click Edit Details.

    The Edit Product Master page appears.



  2. Edit the following details about the Product Master.

    Fields in red and italics are mandatory attributes.

    1. In the Name box, modify the name of the Product Master.
    2. In the Marketing Name box, modify the marketing name of the Product Master.
    3. In the Product Master Prefix box, modify the Product Master prefix.
    4. In the Description box, modify the description by adding more details or replace the existing description.
    5. Click to change the Responsible Organization.

  3. Click Done.

The Product Master details are edited.
