View Results Page

The View Results page lets you view a previously-saved report that does not show in the Metrics Dashboard.

To access this page:


  1. From the global toolbar, select > Metrics > Common Reports and the needed report type.
  2. From the page Actions menu or page toolbar, select View Results. The View Results page opens and lists the available reports.

This topic defines these items:

Columns



Columns Name Description
Name Name given to the report when it was saved.
Last Run The date and time when the report last executed.
Completed In (hh:mm:ss) The time the system took to execute the report.
Owner The name of the owner of the report (usually the user who created the report).

If a selected report is not associated with any result set data, a message displays after you click Done: 

No results set is associated with the selected web report. Please click 
the Refresh button to generate the report.

Filters

To select which reports to show on this page, select a filter option:


  • All. Displays all the reports owned by you, and all the reports that you can access.
  • Owned. Displays only the reports that you own.
  • Shared. Displays all shared reports that you can access.
