Service Summary Page

The list of web services allows you to activate or inactivate specific services. When viewing services for a Service Folder, you see a subset of these columns. A web service must be in the Active state for it to be available to users.

To access this page, click > Service Management > Web Service Summary from the global toolbar.

Columns

Web Service Summary

Column Name Description
Name The name of the service. Click to view the Properties page. See Web Service Properties Page.
Revision The revision level of the service.
Description A brief description of the service.
State The service's current lifecycle state: Active or Inactive.
Credential Set ID The application ID or credential set ID that identifies the type of service key.
Owner The user who currently owns the service.

Action Description
Activate Activates an inactive service.
Inactivate Inactivates an active service.
