Uninstalling ENOVIA Live Collaboration Server

This topic describes how to uninstall ENOVIA Live Collaboration Server software on UNIX/Linux and Windows.

Uninstall ENOVIA Live Collaboration Server on UNIX/Linux

  1. Back up the SERVERHOME\scripts\mxEnv.sh file and the SERVERHOME\STAGING\ directory, if needed.

  2. Remove the following ENOVIA server settings from the application server startup script:

    # MatrixOne
    ?...
    # MatrixOne
    

  3. Delete the SERVERHOME directory.

Uninstall ENOVIA Live Collaboration Server on Windows

  1. Back up the SERVER_INSTALL\PLATFORM\code\bin\enovia.ini file and the SERVER_INSTALL\STAGING\ directory, if needed.

  2. Stop the ENOVIA Live Collaboration Server by clicking Start > All Programs > Dassault Systemes Software VERSION > Stop ENOVIA Live Collaboration Server.

  3. Remove the RMI window service as follows:

    1. Open a command prompt window.
    2. Enter the following command:

      SERVER_INSTALL\PLATFORM\code\bin\RMIService.exe -remove "ENOVIA Live Collaboration Server"
      

  4. Manually remove any ENOVIA Live Collaboration Server-related shortcuts from the Start > All Programs > Dassault Systemes Software VERSION menu.

  5. Remove SERVER_INSTALL\PLATFORM\code\bin from the PATH environment variable.

  6. Delete the SERVER_INSTALL directory.
