Configuring Import Utility in UNIX Using the settings.ini File

Use the following steps to configure import utility in UNIX machines using the settings.ini file.

  1. Navigate to the settings.ini file that is located in the CATIA install folder, <CATIA Install folder>/<OS>/reffiles/ MxCATIAV5Integration.

  2. Open the local copy of the settings.ini file in any text editor and edit the unixBrowserCmd attribute in the [GENERAL] section to specify the UNIX Browser path to launched. For example, 

    unixBrowserCmd= /usr/bin/mozilla %s
