Click ENOVIA V6 > Check for Update > All to open the Design Change Report in your browser.

Click (+) to expand the documents displayed in the Design Change Report.
The latest structure of the documents is displayed. All the components
are preselected on the Design Change Report.
The new components and sub-assemblies are highlighted in a green color,
and the deleted structure is highlighted in a red color. The components
or drawings that are not modified or deleted cannot be selected.
For each design, the Design Change Report page lists,
Name--the name of the document
Design Type--the type of document in ENOVIA
Current Revision--the current revision as available in CATIA V5
Current Version--the current version of the document as available
in CATIA V5
Current State--the current atate as available
in CATIA V5
Updated Revision--the updated / latest revision as available in ENOVIA
Updated Version--the updated / latest revision as available in ENOVIA
Updated State--the updated / latest state as
available in ENOVIA.
File Location--the location of the file
Click
in the Design Change Report table to change the download location of the design on your local
disk for reference. The Select Directory dialog box opens
Reason for change--this describes the reason for change. For example,
the reason can be Later Version in System.
LockedBy--the person who has a lock on the document
Owner--the person who owns the document
Select the objects you want to update and click Submit.
A message is displayed stating that the selected objects are updated.
Check for Update > All downloads updated files to the disk. The files
can be reopened once the command is successful. Designer Central cannot over-write and update files if,
- GCO attribute CatSetReadWriteAccessBasedOnLockUnLockOptions is set
to TRUE.
- Files selected for update are checked out without lock.
Note:
If the files being updated are open inside CATIA V5, then these files
must be closed before updating using Check for Update > All option.
Note:
Check for Update > All does not refresh files inside CATIA V5 session.
