Managing Affected Items for Defect Actions

A fix for a Defect Action may affect items other than the Product against which it was originally reported. This page lists those affected items and lets you add or remove items.

Before you begin: View the Properties page for the Defect Action. See Viewing Defect Action Details

  1. From the page toolar, click Categories > Affected Items.


    Affected Items

    For each item, this page lists these details:

    Name. The name of the object that this Defect Action affects. Click to view the Properties page for that object.

    Revision. The revision level of the affected item.

    Type. The ENOVIA type of the affected item.

    State. The current lifecycle state of the affected item.

    Description. The object's description.

  2. Use the page Actions menu or toolbar to work with items:

    • Add Affected Item. Opens a search page to select additional objects to list on this page.
    • Remove. Removes the selected items from the list; click OK to confirm.
