Activating and Deactivating a Trigger

The Trigger Manager program only uses eService Trigger Program Parameters objects that are in the Active state.

Before you begin: The eService Trigger Program Parameters object must be created.

  1. To deactivate a trigger, demote it to the Inactive state.

  2. To activate a trigger, promote it to the Active state.
