RPN

The Risk Priority (RPN) is used to evaluate and prioritize risks associated with a risk/issue. The formula for risks is the product of Probability and Impact. For example a probability can be 1,3,5 and impact can be 1,3, 5. These 2 elements determine each issue's associated RPN by multiplying the attribute ratings for probability and impact.
