Installing Collaborative Design for Microstation Client in Console Mode

This section shows you how to install Collaborative Design for Microstation Client in console mode.

Before you begin: Ensure that Integration Exchange Framework Client is installed. For details on installing Integration Exchange Framework Client, see ENOVIA Designer Central Installation and Administration Guide

  1. Run the batch file StartTUI.bat file from the command line: 

    ./StartTUI.sh

  2. The following lines are displayed: 

    Choose Destination Location
    Setup will install V6R2012 ENOVIA_MSC 
ENOVIA Collaborative Design for Microstation Client in the following directory:

    The default directory path where Collaborative Design for MicroStation client will be installed is displayed. The default directory path is, C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\ENOVIAMstnInteg.

  3. Press Enter.

  4. The installer prompts you to select the product you want to install. 

    Select the components you want to install in directory 
C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\ENOVIAMstnInteg

    Press enter to select the default one. The default value here is "MSC - Enovia Collaborative Design for MicroStation Client".

  5. Enter the server URL in the following format, http://<Host Name>:<Port Number>/<Application Name>. 

    Select the Server Url.
Enter Server Url:

  6. Press Enter.

    A summary of the parameters entered in steps 2 to 5 is displayed for review.

  7. Press Enter to start the installation.

  8. The installer displays the install complete message.

  9. Press Enter. Collaborative Design for MicroStation client installation is now complete.
