Deleting Document Revisions

This task shows you how to delete the last revision of the document.

Note: You can delete the document if you delete the only revision.

  1. Right-click on the document or object and select Delete.

    A dialog box appears prompting you as follows: Do you want to delete the selected document and all its versions?

  2. Click OK.

The last revision of the document is deleted. A confirmation message appears.
