A Project Administrator can create a new resource plan template from
a clone. Creating a resource plan from a clone will copy the resource
plan with all its requests.
Before you begin: The project template must exist. All the phases in the selected
resource plan must exist.
From the Resource Plan Template page, click the command Create
from Clone.
