Editing Individual Table Cells

You edit table cells to change specific information about a requirement. When editing, a red marker identifies each table cell that is available for editing. Selecting one of these marked cells will open a drop-down menu, text box, or search window. The View Filter setting determines which columns are available for editing.


Before you begin:

From Requirement Structure Browser, click Enable Edit.

  1. From the View Filter, select either Content or Status View.

  2. From the available table cells, click a marked cell.

    The column is highlighted yellow and a drop-down menu, or text box, opens.

  3. Use the drop-down menu, or text box, to update the current cell.

    This is a list of the column attributes available for each editable cell.

  4. When you are done, click Save to save the edits.
