Adding and Removing Specification Objects

You can add new or existing requirement, comments, or chapters to a specification. You can also remove these objects.

This task shows you how to:

Adding New Requirements, Chapters, Comments

  1. From the Structure View listing, check an object to select an insertion point.

  2. Select Actions > Create New > Chapter, Comment or Requirement.

  3. The Create New Chapter, Comment, or Requirements page opens.

  4. Complete the form and click Done.

Removing Objects

  1. From the Structure View listing, check the objects you want to remove.

    Check Specification to delete the entire specification and all objects.

  2. From the page Actions menu, select Remove.

    A confirmation form opens.

  3. Click Yes to confirm.

    The objects are removed from the listing but are not deleted from the database.
