Special Instructions for Windows Vista Machines

If your machine is running Windows Vista, you must navigate to the vc_redistributable files and install them from a link provided in the Release Notes.

  1. In your browser, type http://indus/newpdir.

  2. In the task bar at the top, in the Level: drop-down list, select V6R2013(R212).

  3. In the Sub: drop-down list, select GA(closed).

  4. On the resulting page, in the left-hand pane, under General and Open Issues, select Complete portfolio.

  5. On the resulting page, scroll down to ENOVIA Collaborative Design for SolidWorks (SLW) and select ENOVIA Collaborative Design for SolidWorks Client (SWC).

    The resulting page is the Release Notes.

  6. In the Release Notes, scroll down to the Documentation Addenda section.

  7. Link to the appropriate vc_redistributable file, and double-click to launch the executable.
