Working with Lifecycle Approvals

The Approvals tab for the Lifecycle PowerView lets you review the approvals required for an object for all lifecycle states. You can approve or reject a task, or add an additional approver.


Before you begin: View the Lifecycle page for the needed object. See Viewing an Object's Lifecycle.

  1. Click the Approvals tab.

  2. To edit the due date for one or more Tasks/Signatures:

    1. Check the needed Tasks and Signatures and click Edit on the page toolbar.



    2. To edit a single due date, select a new date from the calendar tool on that row.
    3. To edit multiple due dates:


      1. Check the tasks you want to edit.
      2. Select Due Date from the Column pull-down list.
      3. Use the calendar tool to enter the new due date in the Value box.
      4. Click Apply to Selected to only update the selected rows. or Click Apply to All to update all rows in the page, whether or not selected.

    4. Click Done.
