Properties Tab

You can view the following attribues on properties tab from sample material requests powerview page.
Attributes Description
Request ID The unique identifier of sample material request.
Description Description of sample material request.
Owner The person who has requested the sample material request.
Policy Default policy as sample material request.
Vendor Vendor of sample material request.
Due Date Date for the delivery of the requested fabrics.
Special Instructions The specific instructions for the sample material.
Lead Time Lead time in days.
Country of Origin Country of origin of the fabric vendor.
Request Type Default type as sample material request.
Status The current state of sample material request. click status link the status page opens where you can promote or demote the state of sample material request.
Originator The person who has created the sample material request.
Fabric The fabric for which sample material request is created.
Product Team Product team of the sample material request which is responsible for creating sample material request.
Testing Required? Whether the tests on requested fabrics are required.
Minimum Minimum length of fabric that is requested.
Material UOM Purchase unit of measurement for the sample material request.
Material PO/A The production office or agent which has sample material capabilities.
Allow Alternate Source Whether the alternate source of requested fabrics are available.

Requested Lines Tab

You can view the following attribues on requested lines tab from sample material requests powerview page.
Attributes Description
Color Number Number of Color/Print.
Color Swatch Color Swatch is generated dynamically using the RGB attribute values.
Type Type of the color, print or wash.
Status Status of the color/print/wash.
Color Group Group the color belongs to.
Color Standard Provider Color standard provider of the color.
Color Standard Provider Ref# Reference number of the color standard provider.

Actions

You can use the requested lines tab toolbar to perform the following tasks.

Actions Description
Remove Selected To remove the selected color from sample material requests.
Add Existing To add an existing color to the sample material requests.
Add Existing From Fabric/Trim To add an existing color from the fabric or trim.
Add Existing from Seasonal Library To add an existing color from seasonal library.
Enable Edit To edit the requested line tab details.
