Files List Window

You can view the file details attached to colorway option and provides access to related data.

Access Files List Window. See Print Colorway Option.


  • From the page toolbar, click Categories > Files.

This section includes the following:
Columns Description
Lock status of the file.
File Name Name of the file.
Ver Version number of the file.
Originated The date and time that file has created.
Comments Comments of the file.
Originator The person who has created the file.
Format The format of the file.
File Size Size of the file.

The Actions column includes following:

Icon Name Action
View file View the file in a viewer.
Download Downloads the file to your machine.
Check Out Checks out and opens or saves the file for modification in your machine.
Lock Locks file to update.

Actions

You can use the page toolbar to perform the following tasks.

Actions Description
Upload/Check In Uploades the new file.
Update Files Updates the selected file.

Note: The file can be locked before to update.
Download Downloads the file to your machine.
Check Out Checks out and opens or saves the file for modification in your machine.
Delete This Version Deletes the selected version file.
Delete All Versions Deletes the all versions.
