Attributes Description
Image Image of the Vendor.
Name Name of the Vendor.
Parent Company Name of the Parent Company of the Vendor.
Company ID Company ID of the Vendor.
Cage Code Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code of the Vendor. A cage code is a unique 5-digit number assigned to any company that does business with the U.S. federal government.
DUNS Number Vendor 'Data Universal Numbering System' (DUNS) Number. A DUNS number is a 9-digit numbering system used to identify a unique supplier.
Phone Number Phone Number of the Vendor.
Fax Number Fax Number of the Vendor.
Web Site Vendor Web Site.
File Store Vendor File Store. It can be Image Store or STORE.
FTP Host FTP Host Name of the Vendor.
FTP Directory FTP Directory of the Vendor.
Meeting Site Vendor Meeting Site.
Meeting Site ID Vendor Meeting Site ID.
State The current state of the Vendor: Active or Inactive.
Description Description specified for the Company.
Primary Vault Primary Vault for the Vendor.
Secondary Vaults Secondary Vaults for the Vendor if any.
Address Address of the Vendor.
Postal Code Vendor Postal/ZIP Code.
Country Name of the country in which the Vendor is located.
Alternate Supplier Names Alternative Supplier Names for the Vendor.

You can use the Categories menu from the page toolbar to access the following options.

Business Skills Shows Business Skills associated with the Vendor. Click from the Business Skills page or see Live Collaboration - BPS - Common Components User's Guide.
Calendar Shows all the Calendars associated with the Vendor and all the Events and Locations associated with each Calendar.  
Divisions Shows all the Divisions linked with the Vendor.  
Capabilities Shows the current process capabilities of the company.  
Certifications Shows the Certifications associated with the Vendor. Click from the Certifications page or see Live Collaboration - BPS - Common Components User's Guide.
Collaboration Partners Shows the Collaboration Partners of the Vendor. Click from the Collaboration Partners page or see Live Collaboration - BPS - Common Components User's Guide.
Currency Exchange Rates Shows all the Currency Exchange Rates of the Vendor. Click from the Currency Exchange Rates page or see Live Collaboration - BPS - Common Components User's Guide.
Departments Shows the Departments associated with the Vendor. You can Activate or Deactivate a department.  
Downloads Shows download available for the Vendor.  
Formats Shows Formats associated with the Vendor. Click from the Formats page or see Live Collaboration - BPS - Common Components User's Guide.
History A log of all actions that have occurred for the Vendor. Click from the History page or see Live Collaboration - BPS - Common Components User's Guide.
Location Shows the available plant/office locations of the Vendor.  
People Shows the People associated with the Vendor. Click from the People page or see Live Collaboration - BPS - Common Components User's Guide.
Purchase Classes Show the Purchase Classes associated with the Vendor.  
Regions Shows the Regions associated with the Vendor.  
Postal Code Shows Vendor Postal/ZIP Code.

Development Managers Shows the People playing the role of Development Managers. Click from the Development Managers page or see Live Collaboration - BPS - Common Components User's Guide.

You can use the page toolbar to perform the following tasks.

Edit Details To edit vendor details.
Collaborate To collaborate one or more companies with the Vendor.
Activate/Deactivate To change the state of the Vendor to Active or Inactive.
