Replacing from a Library

You can replace the selected material with the another material in a BOM.

Before you begin: Ensure that you are in the View/Edit BOM page. See Editing BOM Details.

Searching for Fabrics

  1. Select the component (for example, Fabric) that you want to replace in the View/Edit BOM page.

    1. From the page toolbar or Actions menu, click or Replace From Library.

      The Search page opens.

  2. The Search page shows list of the existing materials or specify the search parameters for the material, then click Search.

  3. Select the material and click Submit.



    The View/Edit BOM page displays in green the materials that are added along with the icon. The material that was replaced displays in red along with a icon.

  4. Click Save.
