Click Copy Selected from
the page Actions menu to open the Product Copy page.

Edit the following parameters of the product before you make a copy.
Fields in red italics are required.
Seasonal Plan - Click
to open the search page for the seasonal plan. Select
the specific seasonal plan you want to add, then click Select.
Type - By default, the product types for the
selected seasonal plan are listed. If the seasonal plan does not have
any product types defined, then all the available types are listed.
Select the type of product you want to create from the drop-down list.
Model - By default, the model connected to the
selected product is displayed. To change the model, click
to browse and choose a model for the product. If no
value is entered for the field, a new model is created and connected
to the copied product.
Marketing Name - Enter a marketing name for
the product.
Style # - Enter a style number for the copied
product.
Supplier - Click
to browse and connect
a new supplier to the copied product. All previous supplier are disconnected.
Product Team - By default, the product team
connected to the selected product is displayed. Select a product team
from the drop-down list to copy a product team specific to the selected
product.
The following additional components can be copied,
Available Documents - Lists the available documents
with drop-down besides them. For each drop-down, choose from one of the
following options:
- Do Not Copy - Choose Do not copy
to not create a copy of the document.
- Create New Copy - Choose Create
a New Copy to create a copy of the document.
- Use Same File - Choose Use Same
File to share the document between the existing product and
the copied product.
By default, the Do Not Copy option is selected
for Available Documents.
Bill of Material - Choose from one of the following
options:
- Do not Copy - Select Do not Copy
not to create a copy of the Bill of Material.
- Copy - Select Copy to
copy the Bill of Material.
- Copy from Template - Choose Copy
from Template to select a template to copy the Bill of Material
from it.
By default, Copy is selected for Bill of Material.
Bill of Labor - Choose from one of the following
options:
- Do not Copy - Select Do not Copy
to not create a copy of the Bill of labor.
- Copy - Select Copy to
copy the Bill of labor.
- Copy from Template - Choose Copy
from Template to select a template to copy the Bill of labor
from it.
By default, Copy is selected for Bill of Labor.
Construction Details - Choose from one of the
following options:
- Do not Copy - Select Do not Copy
to not create a copy of Construction Details.
- Copy - Select Copy to
copy the Construction Details.
- Copy from Template - Choose Copy
from Template to select a template to copy the Construction
Details from it.
By default, Copy is selected for Construction Details.
Customer Choices - Lists all the customer choices
for the selected product. Check to select the customer choices to be
copied. Check all to select all the customer choices.
Measurement Chart - Lists the Measurement Chart
with drop-down besides them. For each Measurement Chart, choose from
one of the following drop-down options:
- Do Not Copy - Choose Do Not Copy
to not create a copy of the measurement chart.
- Create New Copy - Choose Create
New Copy to copy the measurement chart.
- Use Same Chart - Choose Use Same
Chart to share the measurement chart between the product
and the copy created.
Product Version - Lists the product versions with
drop-down besides them. For each product version, choose from one of
the following drop-down options:
- Do Not Copy - Choose Do not Copy
to not create a copy of the product version.
- Create New Copy - Choose Create
New Copy to create a copy of the product version.
Copy Another - Click Copy Another
to copy the selected product, and keep the enhanced copy page open. The
previous selections are retained and the user is notified on completion
of the copy action.
Copy and Close - Click Copy and Close
to perform the copy action and close the enhanced copy screen.
Cancel - Click Cancel
to cancel the copy operation and close the enhanced copy screen.
The Product Copy/Carryover report dialog box opens. It provides a
summary of the total number of products successfully completed, total
number of products completed with warnings, total number of products
failed and total number of products processed.
Note:
In case of a cc violation, the summary section of the Product Copy/Carryover
report dialog shows the total number of products successfully completed,
total number of products completed with warnings, total number of products
failed and total number of products processed. For more details refer
