Editing Properties of a Sample Request

This section describes how to edit the properties of a sample request.

Before you begin: Ensure that you are in the properties page of a sample request. See Sample Request Properties Page.

  1. From the Details tab toolbar, click Edit.

    The editable properties page for sample request opens.

  2. You can edit following:

    Field Name How to Edit
    Requested By Click to select the person who has requested the sample.
    Actual Date Click to select the actual date for the sample request.
    Requested By Date Click to select the date for which sample is requested.
    Supplier Click to select the supplier for the sample request.
    Factory Click to select the factory for the sample request.
    Finished Goods PO/A Select finished goods production office or agent for the sample request.
    Shipment Tracking # Specify the shipment tracking number for the sample request.
    Testing Required? Select the Yes or No whether testing is required for the requested sample.

  3. Click Done.
