Viewing Early Time and Action Properties

This section describes how to view early time and action properties.


Before you begin: Ensure that you are in the Early Time and Action list page. See Listing Early Time and Actions from Time and Action Workspace.
  1. The Properties page displays the following details:



    General Information - Indicates the header level information of the Early Time and Action.

    T&A No - Indicates the number of the Early Time and Action record.

    Description - Indicates the description of the Early Time and Action.

    Status - Indicates the status of the Early Time and Action.

    Product Template - Indicates the specified product template of the Early Time and Action.

    Auto Shift Non-Working Day - Indicates whether need to shift the non-working day automatically during the Early Time and Action calculation.

    Note: To set up the non-working days, from the global toolbar, click Tools > People and Organizations > View My Company, the Properties page opens. Click Calendar from the Categories menu, the Calendars page opens. From the page toolbar, click Create New, the Create New Calendar page opens.

    Specify the Name and Description of the calendar, the Name of the Calendar must be exactly same as the country name you would like to set up the calendar for, click Done.

  2. From the Events tab toolbar, click Create New to open Create New Event page opens.

    Specify the Title, Frequency Start Date, End Date and Note, click Done.

    Comments - Indicates the comments regarding the Early Time and Action.

    Last Modified - Indicates the last time the template was modified.

    Originator - Indicates the user who created the template.

    Owner - Indicates the person who manages the Early Time and Action.

    Calculated From - Indicates from where the Early Time and Action calculated.

    Date - Indicates the date from when the Early Time and Acton calculated.

    Season - Indicates the season of the finished goods.

    Import Attributes and Production Days - Indicates the import attributes and product days of the finished goods.

    Ship Mode - Indicates that how the finished goods is shipped.

    Country of Origin - Indicates the country of origin of the finished goods.

    Lading Port - Indicates the lading port of the finished goods.

    Country of Import - Indicates the country into which the finished goods are imported.

    Final Destination - Indicates the final destination of the finished goods.

    FG Transit Time - Indicates the finished goods transit time from lading port to final destination.

    Production Lead Time - Indicates the production lead time of the finished goods.

    Additional Process Remarks - Indicates the additional process remarks of the product.

    Product - Indicates the finished goods information.

    Product Type - Indicates the type of the product.

    Marketing Name - Indicates the marketing name of the product.

    Marketing Name (Set) - Indicates the marketing name of Set Product. This parameter is only visible for the Set Product T&A.

    Marketing Name (Sub Product) - Indicates the sub product marketing name of the Set Product. This parameter is only visible for the Set Product T&A.

    Pack Count - Indicates the number of the sub product in the Pack Product. This parameter is only visible for the Pack Product T&A.

    Product Name - Indicates the name of the product.

    Style # - Indicates the style number of the product.

    Material Program - Indicates the material program of the product.

    Note: If the T&A is created from the Set or Pack Product, then product attributes of the Set or Pack Product and its sub product will be shown in this section.

    Note: If the T&A is created for the BOM Variant, then product attributes of the Variant will be shown in this section.
