Tracking and Refreshing SUC Changes in a LUC

This section describes how to track and refresh the supplier unit cost changes in a landed unit cost.

Before you begin: Ensure that you are in the LUC Properties page. See Viewing LUC Properties.

At the same time, if the LUC is not in Inactive status, you will receive an email notification which tells you that the materials in SUC associated with the LUC as well as the associated SUC attributes are changed.

You are able to refresh the changes made to the materials and the associated SUC in the LUC. The alert indicator will disappear once the LUC has been refreshed according to the changes in the SUC.

A LUC may not be promoted to Final status if it is not in sync with the associated SUC.

  1. From the page toolbar, click Actions > View SUC Changes.

    The View SUC Changes page opens.

  2. The changed SUC parameters are displayed in blue.

  3. Click Refresh. The LUC will be updated with the SUC details. The parameters which are possible to be refreshed include PO/A, Country of Import, FG COO, Trade Point, Ship Mode, Pack Method, Volume, Garment Weight, Garment Weight UOM, F&W, Quota Category, HTS#, Supplier and Factory.

    Note: You can also click Action > Refresh SUC Changes from the properties page toolbar to update the changes for LUC.
