Viewing Order Details

This section describes how to view the details of a sample order.

  1. From the global toolbar, click > Product Sample Orders > .The Sample Order page opens.

  2. Click Name of a sample order or click at the end of the row. The Properties page for this sample order opens.

  3. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Order Details. The Order Details page opens with Order Details tab. If the SO is created with fit, the Measurements tab will also appear in this page.

    Note: If the sample order record is created from a Product (including Set or Pack Product), the Order Details page displays as below:



  4. The following parameters are displayed in the Order Details tab:

    Sample Type - Indicates the type of the ordered sample.

    Colorway - Indicates the colorway regarding the ordered product.

    Size - Indicates the available sizes of the ordered sample. Click Size to open the View Qty by Size page which allows you to track the order quantity and request quantities of each size.

    Req Qty - Indicates the requested quantity of the sample.

    Order Qty - Indicates the quantity of the ordered sample.

    Request Due Date - Indicates the drop date of the requested sample with current color or print.

    Order Due Date - Indicates the drop date of the ordered sample.

    Testing Required - Indicates whether testing of the ordered product sample is required.

    Test Record - Indicates the Test Record associates with the Order Line Details.

    Order Line Status - Indicates the line level status of the current SO, namely Open, Shipped, Completed and Cancelled. Click Name of the status to open the Status page which allows you to change the status of the current Order line

    Request ID - Indicates the name or number of the SR related to the current SO.

    SR Status - Indicates the current status of the corresponding sample request. It is only available when the SO is created from an SR. Otherwise, it defaults to blank.

    Total - Indicates the overall quantity of samples requested and samples in the SO.

  5. Use the tab Actions menu or toolbar to access the following options:


    • Add Size - Allows you to add sizes to selected order line. This option is only available when the SO is created from a sample request. Moreover, the sample request is created with fit. For details, see Adding Sizes to Order Lines.
    • Demote Selected - Allows you to demote the line level status of the selected order line.
    • Promote Selected - Allows you to promote the line level status of the selected order line.
    • Cancel Line - Allows you to cancel the selected order line of current sample order.
    • Un-Cancel - Allows you to change the selected canceled order line to open of current Ordering line.

    Edit - Allows you to edit the details of the selected order line in the current SO.

  6. From the Measurements tab, the measurements information is displayed with Sample View. Select Measurements View from the right drop-down list. The following parameters are displayed in the page:

    Name - Indicates the unique name of the Point of Measure. Click Name to view its properties.

    Description - Describes the Point of Measure.

    Variation - Indicates the variation of the Point of Measure.

    Sort - Indicates the predefined sort order of the Point of Measure.

    Tol (+) - Indicates the acceptable tolerance above the requested measurement.

    Tol (-) - Indicates the acceptable tolerance below the requested measurement.

    Requested - Indicates the requested base size measurement.

    Agent/Factory - Indicates the size measured by an agent or factory.

    Internal QA - Indicates the size measured by the PO/A upon receipt.

    Difference - Indicates the difference between Requested and Internal QA.

    QC - Indicates whether the point of measure is a quality controlled measurement and must be measured for quality assurance.

    Comments - Indicates any additional comments regarding the product sample's measurements.

  7. Click Mode in the toolbar of Measurement tab to edit the fit-related details of ordered sample. For details, see Editing Fit Related Details.
