Local Copy Elements of a Master Copy

This page lists the Local Copy Elements of a Master Copy Element.

To access this page:

  1. View the Artwork Elements of a Product Line. For more information, see Artwork Elements of a Product Line.
  2. Select the check box of a Master Copy Element.
  3. In the tab toolbar, select View > View Local Copy Elements.

Note: You can also click Marketing Name of a Master Copy in the Artwork Elements tab of a Product Line to view the Local Copy Elements for the corresponding Master Copy.

The following table describes the columns in the Local Copy Elements tab.

Column Description
Name Name of the corresponding Local Copy Element.
Type Type defined for the corresponding Local Copy Element.
Copy Text Copy Text defined for the corresponding Local Copy Element.
Is Master Copy Indicates whether a Master Copy is associated for the corresponding Local Copy Element.
Revision Revision for the corresponding Local Copy Element.
State State of the corresponding Local Copy Element.
Language Language of the corresponding Local Copy Element.
Rule Type Rule Type for the corresponding Local Copy Element.
Rule Expression Rule Expression for the corresponding Local Copy Element.
Owner Owner of the corresponding Local Copy Element.

Actions menu

The following table describes the tasks, which you can perform using the Actions menu in the Local Copy Elements tab.

Note: The Actions menu will be available only if the Local Copy Elements of the corresponding Master Copy Element are not in the Release or Obsolete state.
