Viewing an Artwork Package

You can view the Artwork Package details.

Before you begin: List the Artwork Packages. For more information, see Listing the Artwork Packages.
  • Click Name of an Artwork Package.

    The Artwork Package page appears. The Categories list shows five options: Artwork Elements, POAs, Lifecycle and Approvals, Properties, and Artwork Assignee.

    • Artwork Elements: This is the default portal page which appears with four tabs: Master Copy Authoring, Master Copy Approval, Local Copy Authoring and Local Copy Approval.
      • Master Copy Authoring: This command appears only if you have Master Copy Author role. If you select this tab, the Master Copy Authoring page appears.
      • Master Copy Approval: This command appears only if you have Master Copy Approver role. If you select this tab, the Master Copy Approval page appears.
      • Local Copy Authoring: This command appears only if you have Local Copy Author role. If you select this tab, the Local Copy Authoring page appears.
      • Local Copy Approval: This command appears only if you have Local Copy Approver role. If you select this tab, the Local Copy Approval page appears.

      Note: All the four commands are accessible to Product Manager and Artwork Project Manager.

    • POAs: The POAs added as Implemented Items to Artwork Package appears. Following commands are available:
      • Add Existing: You can add new POA as Implemented Items. The POAs which are not assigned to any non-cancelled Artwork Package appears in the Search Result.
      • Remove: You can remove the existing Artwork Packages.
      • Assign Supplier: You can assign a Supplier to the POA. For more information, see Assigning a Supplier to the POA.

      The other commands, which includes the Lifecycle and Approvals, Properties, and Artwork Assignee are same as OOTB commands. You can cancel the Artwork Package from the Lifecycle and Approval page.
