Creating a Master Copy List

You can create a Master Copy List.

Before you begin:

  1. Select the check box of a Product.

  2. In the tab toolbar, select Product Actions > Create Master Copy List.

    The Step 1 of 2 : Create New Master Copy List page appears.

    Note: You can also view the CPG Product of a Product Master (for more information, see CPG Product of a Product Master) and in the Master Copy Lists tab, select Actions > Create to create a Master Copy List.



  3. Enter the following details about the Master Copy List.

    Fields in red and italics are mandatory attributes.

    1. In the New Master Copy List Name box, type the name of the New Master Copy List.
    2. The Marketing Name box, is automatically populated with the same value as the New Master Copy List Name.

      You can either accept the default name or specify a different name.

    3. In the Description box, type the description for the new Master Copy List.
    4. Click to assign the organization or project that is responsible for the Master Copy List.

  4. Click Next.

    The Step 2 of 2: Select Features page appears listing all the technical features of the product in context.

  5. Select feature/s for the new Master Copy List.

  6. Click Done.

The Master Copy List gets created.
