Report Summary Page

The summary page lists the objects that make up a specific value shown in a Tabular report.

To access this page:


  1. Generate a new or view a saved report (see View Results Page).
  2. If the report does not use the Tabular format, select Actions > Display Format > Tabular from the report results toolbar.
  3. Click on any link to open a Summary page.

This example shows the Report Summary page where the report type is Part.



Column Name Description
Name The name of the business object. When you click on the Name, the business object details display in a popup window.
Revision The revision number of the business object.
Type The type of business object.
Description A description of the business object.
State The current state of the business object in its lifecycle.


Opens the business object details in a separate window.
