Changing the Display Format

When viewing a report, you can change the display format to any other format supported by the current report type.

Before you begin: Generate a new or view a saved report (see View Results Page).
  • From the page Actions menu or page toolbar, click Display Format, and then the desired format:


    • Tabular Format
    • Bar Chart
    • Stack Bar Chart
    • Line Chart
    • Pie Chart

    Not all reports support all formats. The list only displays the formats available for the current report.

    The report displays in the format you selected.

    If you do not save the report after changing the display format, it will retain the original display format when viewed in the Metrics Dashboard or the next time you view the report.
